A "re-treat" is not about retreating from the world but returning energy and the vibe of self-care to oneself.  It isn't about escaping from reality; it's where you revitalize within a supportive community, letting your true self shine as you move into Spring.

 "Vivodivergent" is a play on "neurodivergent" and recognizes the encompassing spectrum of ways of living. It honors alternative lifestyles, ways of thinking, interests, desires, and encourages you to celebrate your uniqueness.

While we don't have structured yoga, vegetarian meals, or meditation sessions, there's absolutely no judgment if you'd like to incorporate these into your experience. We believe in personal wellness choices, and we're here to support your unique journey. There's no pedagogy like that here; it's all about embracing your individual path to self-care.
